Down and out!! (personal rant)

I feel miserable today. Everything seems to falling apart. I have lost the most important person in my life, whom I will never ever get to see or talk to.

To cope a loss is not easy. I have tried, yes I have tried to kick myself up and get going, but every time I kick myself up I just fall even harder.

Lost any and all interests. I don't know how will I ever be over come this.

It has been awful.

Sorry folks that you have to read this depressive post.

    ((hugs))...we're here for you. You can do it. Losing someone you love is awful (been there, done that) and, yes, at times I felt like I could never be whole again...but, grief is a process...you have to go through all stages...things WILL get better...on EVERY front...I promise!

    ((hugs)) Yes, please take time to grieve. It is okay to be sad. It is okay to feel all that you are feeling. Please get professional help if you are thinking of harming yourself in anyway. Thanks for sharing with us!

    You really need other people right now. Is there any way you can see a counselor? Grieving has specific stages, and you're going through the hardest one right now. Remember that this is to be expected, and everything you feel is normal. Also remember that as soon as a few weeks, you're going to feel slightly better. Not a lot better, but slightly better. And it might take a year, I won't kid you, but one day you're going to get up and feel noticeably different.

    It takes time and can't be rushed. But you need warmth, comfort, treats (within reason), and another person's perspective and compassionate help.

    We're pulling for you :-)

    You're going through a tough time. I've gone through it myself, and when I did I would have liked to have known that I would eventually get through, although it's frustrating to have to pass all the stages of grieving. Please be gentle with yourself and allow people to be gentle to you and support you as you wish.

    I'm so sorry you re going through all this. I understand the not being able to pick yourself up. I suffer from severe depression, and even with meds, I have days like that. Please know we are all here and will listen to any rants you have. Best of luck and feel better soon.

    You've gone through a lot. I agree with the others. Take the time to grieve. Realize that it will take time and allow yourself to hurt. It is harder for some people to allow themselves to feel the pain. They kick themselves for letting things get them down. But, healing is a process. Vent away. We understand. A counselor is a very good idea. To help you talk and get through the grieving process. If you feel that you are too deeply depressed, see your doctor. He or she can help with short term or long term treatment. Some regular physicians don't like to treat emotional conditions. Then, you need to find a specialist or a doctor who will help you through the process of getting through this.
